The $18 million state-of-the-art facility features a 5,000-pound load capacity incinerator, geothermal system and labs that are used for livestock testing and research.
MSUM Livingston Lord Library Moorhead, MN The 4-story, 133,000 SF renovation addressed a host of deferred maintenance issues—heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. The renovation improved the overall efficiency of the building and gave the space a modern, yet inviting feel to help increase student use.
NDSU Living Learning Center Fargo, ND TF Powers constructed the North Dakota State University Mathew Living Learning Center. The 68,000 SF building includes studio apartment style rooms, and four-bedroom apartment style rooms. Each room has a kitchenette and bathroom. Lounge areas provide recreation equipment, such as ping-pong and pool tables.
