TF Powers constructed the North Dakota State University Mathew Living Learning Center. The 68,000 SF building includes studio apartment style rooms, and four-bedroom apartment style rooms. Each room has a kitchenette and bathroom. Lounge areas provide recreation equipment, such as ping-pong and pool tables.
