Our Story

Over a Century of General Contracting in the Midwest

The TF Powers Construction Company was founded in 1893 by Thomas Powers, a bricklayer from St. Paul, MN who arrived in North Dakota after a devastating fire had destroyed most of the city of Fargo. Today, 125 years later, TF Powers Construction remains committed to the same quality work and craftsmanship that helped to rebuild the Fargo community all those years ago.

As a General Contractor, TF Powers Construction specializes in distinctive buildings, handling both commercial and public projects, with recently completed work in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado and Nebraska.
