University of Minnesota - Crookston - Sahlstrom Lab Remodel - Crookston, MN

The 1,100 SF epicurean room in Sahlstrom Hall was converted into a research laboratory. The renovated research lab has all new perimeter partitions, ceiling, lab casework, equipment, fume hoods, finishes, power and lighting, and voice/data. Existing HVAC will be utilized for supply air, with new fume hood exhaust duct work and a fan in the penthouse. The existing fire alarm system and fire sprinkler was also extended into the remodeled space.
