The 4-story, 133,000 SF renovation addressed a host of deferred maintenance issues—heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. The renovation improved the overall efficiency of the building and gave the space a modern, yet inviting feel to help increase student use.
